As Vice President of Communications and Development, Jina Paul provides a high standard of excellence in vision and leadership for Clarkson College communications and campus facilities. Prior to assuming this role in 2023, Ms. Paul served as Vice President of Operations and Student Affairs for seven years and Director of Marketing for seven years.

In her current role, Ms. Paul oversees internal and external communications, public relations, community partnerships, development strategies building a long-term comprehensive campaign, as well as alumni relations, campus facilities and renovations, and College safety. She also manages the public complaint and emergency response processes.

Each semester, Ms. Paul and her husband, Chris—a brain tumor survivor—visit with Clarkson College Physical Therapist Assistant students to share their experience with health care and the rehabilitative therapy Chris has received over the years. Through this journey, Ms. Paul has become a patient advocate and concentrates her efforts on a quality experience for students at Clarkson College.

Ms. Paul completed her Master's degree in Leadership and Executive Coaching at Bellevue University and her Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She serves as the co-chair of the Omaha STEM Ecosystem Marketing Committee, volunteers on the United Way Community Investment Review Team (CIRT,) and is the proud mother of two.

Before joining Clarkson College, Ms. Paul served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for a national financial services company and gained international experience and training in customer service, global perspectives, organizational development, and leadership.
