Sherri Porter, Ed.D., MSN, RN, joined the Clarkson College community as an instructor in 2006 and is currently an Associate Professor in the Undergraduate Nursing program. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Clarkson College and earned her Doctorate in Healthcare Education and Leadership in 2021. 

Dr. Porter is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and National Society of Leadership and Success at the College. During her years at the College, she has served as a member of the BSN Faculty Mentoring and Orientation committees, Faculty Senate Personnel Committee and the Spirit Week Wellness Fair Committee.

In 2021, Ms. Porter earned the Positive Image of Nursing Award from the Nebraska Nursing Association.
