Cassidy Stroda

Instructor
Radiography and Medical Imaging

Watching her grandmother battle breast cancer and attending medical appointments sparked her passion for helping others. This experience led her to pursue a career in medical radiography, and after completing her education, she knew she wanted to specialize in oncology. She continued her studies in radiation therapy at UNMC while working part-time as a radiographer, where she discovered a passion for mentoring students. This love for teaching motivated her to earn a master’s degree and transition into education. After working as a radiation therapist for two years, she embraced a new opportunity and relocated her family from south-central Nebraska to become an instructor at Clarkson College.
