Greta Schoneman has been an Instructor in the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program since 2018. She earned her Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Riverland Community College and continued her education by earning her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Pima Medical Institute. In 2023, she earned her Master of Science degree in Sports and Health Sciences from American Public University.

Her clinical background covers a wide range of settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), inpatient and outpatient clinics, pediatrics, and home health. Ms. Schoneman has received certifications as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) in 2012 through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor in 2013, Certified Metronome Instructor in 2014, and HawkGrips IASTM level 1 provider in 2021. She also has several certifications in Parkinson’s disease treatments including Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) BIG therapist in 2014, Parkinson's Wellness Recovery (PWR!) in 2016, and Rock Steady Boxing Coach in 2015.

Along with being a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Nebraska Physical Therapy Association (NPTA), Ms. Schoneman is active on campus. She serves as a mentor for Clarkson College students and as a member of numerous committees including the Faculty Senate and Student Support Committee.
