Jessica Bachman, MSN, APRN-BC, FNP, AGAC-NP, became an adjunct instructor in the Graduate Nursing program in 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Health Promotion from the University of Iowa and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Creighton University. She earned her Master’s degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Post-Master’s Certificate in Adult-Gerontology Acute Nurse Practitioner, both from Clarkson College.
Ms. Bachman has more than a decade of experience in nursing, having worked in the med-surg, orthopedics and trauma fields. She has been with Nebraska Medicine as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner since 2009 and currently practices in Omaha, Neb. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Nebraska Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honors Society.
Outside work, Ms. Bachman enjoys volunteering with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and her children's school.
