Katie Goddard holds an M.S. in College Student Affairs from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is currently pursuing her EdD in Interprofessional Leadership at Clarkson College. She has six years of experience in higher education, including roles in recruitment, admissions, advising, and learning communities. Her professional interests include academic advising, career development, and supporting students in identifying and achieving their personal and educational goals.

Katie believes a growth mindset creates opportunities for success in both personal and professional life. She emphasizes the importance of passion, perseverance, and grit in student development. Outside of work, she enjoys watching Gilmore Girls, listening to music, reading, and trying new recipes.
