Renee Ruhkamp, Ed.D., MSN, RN has been a faculty member at Clarkson College since 2005. She earned her Associate’s degree in Nursing from Western Iowa Tech Community College, her Bachelor’s degree from Briar Cliff University and her Master’s degree from Clarkson College. In 2015, she earned her Doctor of Education degree from College of Saint Mary.

Along with teaching at Clarkson College, Dr. Ruhkamp serves as an adjunct instructor for College of Saint Mary and Metro Community College. At Clarkson College, she is the President of Omicron Epsilon Sigma Theta Tau national honors society for nursing and is an advisor for the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). She is also a member of the Student Support Team.

Throughout her time at the College, Dr. Ruhkamp has served as a member of the Faculty Senate, Higher Learning Commission re-accreditation committee, Interprofessional Education committee and Academic Integrity Education committee. She is also a member of the Nebraska League of Nursing and National League of Nursing.
