Bill Koile, MBA, M.S., has been an instructor in the Clarkson College Administration and Management program since 2011. Mr. Koile currently serves as the Director of Solid Organ Transplant and Medical Specialties at Nebraska Medicine. Bill has worked for more than 19 years with multiple titles in healthcare operations. Through his years of work in the health care and business fields, he has become competent in change management, strategic planning, process improvement and team leadership.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Northwest Missouri State University, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Business Leadership from Clarkson College and a Master in Business Administration in Health Administration from the University of Colorado. Bill is also a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner.
